About the role:

Now is opportunity to leverage your experience in the hearing care industry, and embark on a new and exciting career opportunity delivering value as a subject matter expert across Presales, Business Development, Technical Sales and customer-focused audiological IT.

In the new role you will have a substantial impact on the success of our business and should feel comfortable engaging with different customer roles, be it Audiological, IT, Sales, or Top management.

As part of the team, you will span strategic market analysis, to delivering insightful customer presentations and deep-dive demos

You have a high drive and know how to translate business processes and technical requirements into commercial customer value that will help Auditdata meet ambitious North America commercial targets. 

You are both ambitious and enthusiastic, and willing to care for and grow our business across North America in close partnership with our local commercial lead.  Likewise, you are driven by delivering sustainable commercial successes, owning and driving forward the technical sales process.


What you will do:

Business development (30%)

  • Ensure localized sales enablement materials are available for Sales.
  • Investigate and instigate new strategic partnerships together with Sales.
  • Explore North American markets for new segments and opportunities to support global go-to-market strategy

Presales (70%)

  • Own the technical sales process from the first solution-relevant meeting to close and hand-over.
  • Engage across customer organizations (IT, sales, audiology, management) as SME and build strategic relationships.

  • Conduct product demos and attend client or tradeshow events as a highly competent presenter.
  • Conduct solution evaluations to understand the customer’s technical and commercial requirements and match these with Auditdata’s internal capabilities.
  • Lead enterprise sized RFI/RFP process within North America
  • Understand the technical aspects of all Auditdata solutions to Act as 1st line SME.

Job requirements

What will you bring:

  • 5+ years of a full-cycle technical sales within hearing care industry
  • Insight into cloud-based SaaS infrastructure, technical limitations, and opportunities
  • Hands-on experience working in and with clinics/hospital sector and understand its insides
  • Comfortable working with and learning new software solutions in detail and being able to apply the learnings commercially
  • Documented track record working with professional services and project managers documenting solution requirements
  • Relevant education such as MSc, BSc, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience as an audiologist a plus
